First picture of my new OC Kim. 
I'll be using this as my chara ref so please excuse the masses of writing that are to follow ^^ x /b>
Name; Kim Rawlyn
Gender; Female
Age; 16
Hair; Fuschia pink, fringe and two high pigtails. Wavy and fairly long.
Eye Colour; Medium brown
Height; 5'0"
Occupation; Distributes Newspapers for a large Printing company.
Lives; In an underground city which is run on clockwork, victorian era steampunk.
Clothing; Asparagus green newsboy cap and waistcoat, Charcoal short sleeved blouse with a scalloped neck and puffed out sleeves. Large mustard yellow ribbon around the neck. Pleated skirt in half green/pink, half leather. Charcoal over the knee socks with pink fringe suspended by leather straps. Plum coloured laced military boots. Charcoal black gloves. On her back are her uniform issue brass and leather wings. Skirt and hat are adorned with brass cogs and gears.
Background; Kim lost her memory, and was found at about 7 years old wandering the streets. She was taken in by a man who looked after her in return that she work to help keep herself. Since then she has had several jobs, usually fired because she began a fight with a superior. Currently she works in a large newspaper printing company, helping to distribute the papers and run small errands within the factory.
Personality; Hard working, kind. She's can be rude at times though and when worked up doesn't know where to hold her tounge. She will usually stand up for others and what she believes in, even if it's not the best thing for her.
